Program Goals
- Increase social interaction opportunities to prevent social isolation
- Maintain and improve communication skills

- Maintain participants in the home setting by giving family/caregivers emotional support, education and respite.
- Increase awareness of and/or participation in community activities.
- Allow all participants the opportunity to participate in a variety of activities and chores to enhance their self worth.
